To start off it is proven that people should eat more veggies rather than meat. Its shown that vegitarians have lower stories of iron in their body which is a good thing. Evidences shows that meat eaters are more likeyly to develope defiency. Not saying taht everybody should be a vegitarrian, just to eat less meat. Pork is one of the best meats for you. though it is a heavy meat it is very healthy. It has about 112 callories. An onion is the best veggie for you. It ahs about 44 calories and its a cancer fighting food. Meats have pleanty of nutrience but veggies have more. They have 4% vitiman and 1% potassiam. Dont get me wrong, we do need meats but we need more veggies.
